Funds you add to smmgreata are credited to your panel balance and used for orders.
If an order is canceled, fails, or is only partly delivered, the undelivered amount is refunded to your balance automatically — no request needed.
Services labelled with a refill period (for example 30, 90 or 365 days) or "Non drop"/"Lifetime" can be refilled from your Orders page if counts drop within that period. "No refill" services are not covered.
Panel balance is not normally withdrawable to your bank. If you added funds by mistake and have not used them, contact support within 7 days and we will review it.
Orders for private, deleted or changed links; duplicate orders on the same link at the same time; wrong links entered by you.
