This policy explains what information smmgreata collects and how we use it.
Your username, email address, optional WhatsApp number, the IP address and browser used when you sign up and each time you log in (kept to protect accounts and prevent abuse of offers), and the orders, payments and support tickets you create. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and Google account ID — never your Google password.
We never ask for the password of any social media account. Orders only need a public link or username.
To run your account, deliver orders, verify payments, prevent fraud and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
UPI payments are processed by your payment app and our payment provider. We store the transaction ID and amount to credit your balance; we never see or store your UPI PIN or card details.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small preference for dark mode. No advertising cookies are set by us.
You can update your details in Account at any time, or ask us to delete your account by writing to smmgreata@gmail.com.
